Katja came into my life at a time when I was really searching for something different. I'd been struggling with grief, loss, depression, and sadness, and I simply could not find any peace or comfort.

I discovered Katja while looking for a therapy massage at Maxwell Being, and it turned out to be the beginning of something truly beautiful. There's a real connection with someone who holds safe space in such a profound way. One of my biggest issues is a constant feeling of being unsafe, so having access to someone who makes you feel genuinely secure is everything.

I've attended two of her healing circles and loved every minute. I don't feel like a passive participant in those sessions, when I arrive, it's clear that she knows exactly what I need. The sessions are beautifully varied and different, and I genuinely look forward to discovering what will unfold. In both cases, I've experienced major emotional shifts, emerging feeling brighter, happier, and lighter.

These sessions have become a permanent fixture in my calendar, and I wouldn't miss them. They've been and will continue to be integral to my healing and mental wellbeing moving forward. I'm also planning to book more one-to-one sessions with Katja, as I see tremendous benefit in that work.

I highly recommend her. She is genuinely the real deal, a truly special soul, and I feel privileged to have found her.

On the sessions themselves I love that they are different every month and I also cannot believe how aligned they feel. I loved having the opportunity to ask questions last time, so valuable, it has massively helped me! I feel like I am starting to understand myself and this journey I am on!

Honestly I had the most amazing experience, every bit of it in a positive fashion.

I found the ceremony experience and the vibe very wholesome and can honestly say since the event I feel myself even now to be much calmer and clearer. This has also been noticed by colleagues and friends.

As for the actual journey that evening I find myself still coming to terms with it all. Strange how I expected everything to be visual however almost all of it was purely sensory.

Starting out I felt quite fake, almost like I had to ask myself questions about the past to make the experience worthwhile but when I got through that, everything seemed to fall into place.

Yes there were times when I felt scared almost threatened and there was also a lot of sadness but more than anything a sense of joy and as ridiculous as it sounds (more to me than you) my heart felt very light by the end. A feeling that has pretty much stayed with me since.

We had a very busy weekend, with my daughter and the two grandsons down for the weekend - out every day, and I thought I might struggle with tiredness after they had gone - so much so, that I took the following day off work to recover!

But, after a short sit-down with a cup of tea after they had gone on Monday evening, I have had so much energy - in fact, this morning I woke up early, buzzing, ready to get going with the day.

When I first came to see you last autumn, I really didn't know what I was doing, to be honest.  I had been worn down emotionally and mentally by a succession of situations, and that had had a knock-on effect on my physical health.

This programme of treatment has given me increased and renewed energy by settling my mind and making me feel stronger emotionally.  I remember one session in particular where I physically felt the flow of energy shift whilst your hand was placed on my knee.

I have had reiki before and, whilst I would probably have that again in the future, I feel that Elise Mila has been better for me in enabling me to sustain this renewed energy.  The mental and emotional strength has given me confidence to address the situations that had been causing me so much stress, and my physical energy has returned to a level that I used to experience.

I cannot thank you enough, Katja, for giving me my life and focus back.  Thank you.
