We had a very busy weekend, with my daughter and the two grandsons down for the weekend – out every day, and I thought I might struggle with tiredness after they had gone – so much so, that I took the following day off work to recover! But, after a short sit-down with a cup of tea after they had gone on Monday evening, I have had so much energy – in fact, this morning I woke up early, buzzing, ready to get going with the day.
When I first came to see you last autumn, I really didn’t know what I was doing, to be honest. I had been worn down emotionally and mentally by a succession of situations, and that had had a knock-on effect on my physical health. This programme of treatment has given me increased and renewed energy by settling my mind and making me feel stronger emotionally. I remember one session in particular where I physically felt the flow of energy shift whilst your hand was placed on my knee. I have had reiki before and, whilst I would probably have that again in the future, I feel that Elise Mila has been better for me in enabling me to sustain this renewed energy. The mental and emotional strength has given me confidence to address the situations that had been causing me so much stress, and my physical energy has returned to a level that I used to experience. I cannot thank you enough, Katja, for giving me my life and focus back. Thank you.
